Yesterday, my brother-in-law Thomas and his friend Max came out with me for a training ride. We completed 136km at a relentless pace. I was struggling just to sit at the back of the train at time.s However, I was well fuelled and hydrated, so wasn't too bad by the end. I only drank 6 bottles of fluid!
